Ensure Adequate Ventilation:
Ensure that the induction hob is well ventilated and that the air inlets and outlets
are not blocked. To avoid accidental contact with the overheated base of the hob
or unexpected electric shocks while working, it is necessary to place a wooden
insert, xed with screws, at least 15 mm from the base of the hob. Follow the
instructions below.
WARNING!
There are ventilation holes around the outside of the hob. You must ensure that
these holes are not blocked by the worktop when the hob is positioned.
• Remember that the glue used to bond the worktop to the cabinet below must
be able to withstand temperatures of at least 150 °C to prevent the panel from
coming loose.
• The rear wall, adjacent and surrounding surfaces must therefore be able to
withstand a temperature of 90 °C.
