Select a heat-resistant and insulated worktop material (wood and similar brous
or hygroscopic materials must not be used as worktop material unless impregnated)
to avoid electric shock and major deformation caused by heat radiation from the
hob. Ensure that the worktop is at least 30 mm thick.
Note:
Selection of Installation Equipment:
When installing the hob, cut a hole in the worktop as shown in the drawing
below. Leave a minimum of 50 mm around the hole for installation and use.
Note: The safety clearance between the sides of the hob and the inner
surfaces of the worktop should be at least 3 mm (distance F shown below).
