The dishes are not clean: Not enough detergent was
dispensed:
Items are blocking the
movement of the spray arms:
The lter assembly is not
clean or is not correctly tted
in the base of the wash
cabinet.
This may cause the spray
arm jets to get blocked.
Use more detergent, or
change your detergent.
Rearrange the items so that
the spray can rotate freely.
Clean and/or t the lter
assembly correctly. Clean
the spray arm jets.
Cloudiness on glassware: Combination of soft water
and too much detergent:
Check the water softener
settings or check the status
of the salt container.
White spots appear on
dishes and glasses:
Hard water area can cause
limescale deposits:
Check the water softener

of the salt container.
Black or grey marks on
dishes:
Aluminium utensils have
rubbed against dishes:
Use a mild abrasive cleaner
to eliminate those marks.
Detergent left in dispenser: Dishes block detergent
dispenser:
Re-load the dishes properly.
The dishes aren't drying: Improper loading:
Dishes are removed too
soon:
Use gloves to avoid skin
irritations if detergent residue
can be found on the dishes.
Do not empty your dish-
washer immediately after
the wash cycle ends. Open
the door slightly so that the
steamescape. Take out
the dishes when the inside
temperature is safe to touch.
Unload the lower basket rst
to prevent dripping water
from the upper basket.
The dishes aren't drying: Wrong program has been
selected:
Use of cutlery with a
low-quality coating:
With a short program, the
washing temperature is lower,
decreasing cleaning perfor-
mance. Choose a program
with a long washingtime.
Water drainage is more dicult
with these items. Cutlery or
dishes of this type are not
suitable for washing in the
dishwasher.
