Note: Unpack the burner grates and position them
on the cooktop after the burner heads and caps
are properly installed.
Once burner cap in place, you may check the fit by
gently sliding the burner cap from side to side (Fig-
ure 15) to be sure it is centered and firmly seated.
When the burner cap lip makes contact inside the
center of the burner head you will be able to hear
the burner cap click.

Burner
Base
To prevent flare-ups use the cooktop with all
burner caps properly installed.
Note: Remove all packing material from the
cooktop area before installing the burners.
9.1
Dual Burner
Dual burner fits on the front right and front left of
the cooktop. It comes with 3 peice assembly and
operates with two nozzles in the burner base.
Installing the dual burner
1. Place a burner cup correctly on the burner base.
Ensure that the peripheral nozzle is aligned with
the hole on the burner cup, and the 3 ribs on the
burner cup sits in the grooves provided on the
burner base.
2. Burner head must be centered on the burner
cup then insert the extended portion on the
bottom the burner head into the slots provided
in the burner cup. Ensure the mark on the head
is pointing towards the ignitor.
3. Place the burner cap on the burner head. Make
sure each burner cap is properly aligned and
level.
