Worktop
The worktop is designed for normal food preparation to be performed, it is not designed for the storage of
equipment.
The worktop should not be sat or stood on.
Chilled Pan Storage Well
The chilled pan storage well is intended for the storage of pans whilst in use. It is not intended for long
term or overnight storage of the product contained within the pans. For long term or overnight storage
the pans should be removed and placed in the main section underneath or in another refrigerator. When
pans are removed for storage in this way replacement, empty pans with lids should be placed in the well
to ensure that the refrigerated section maintains the correct temperature. Where a night cover or blind is
tted this should also be closed.
Unless in continuous use, it is recommended that to preserve the temperature of the product in the
chilled pan well that the pans should be kept covered by lids and (where tted) the night cover or blind.
Door sections contain baskets. The baskets can hold up to 4 of 100mm deep gastronorm 1/3
size pans.
