2.6 PAYLOADS AND OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
The basic SkyWatch is ideal for deploying a number of options to aid in area surveillance, crowd
control, and force protection. SkyWatch is capable of using various payloads to support these
missions. The following are common FLIR payloads.
FLIR® RANGER® MS-UC DEFENDIR PTZ CAMERA
The Ranger® MS-UC DefendIR is an industry leading mid-range thermal
imager utilizing a 640 x 480 array uncooled VOX Thermal detector with
and is available in a variety of detector / lens combinations to suit your
surveillance needs. The innovative VisionSense™ technology offers
user-controlled, customized real time mixing and merging of the visible
(CCD) camera and the Thermal Imager. The Ranger MS-UC DefendIR is
ideally suited for day and night security, surveillance, and DHS/DoD
applications. Also includes an 8 Channel FLIR Meridian NVR and Flat Screen Monitor.
FLIR® PT- SERIES PTZ CAMERAS
FLIR’s PT-Series of HD-IP, multi-sensor pan/tilt cameras bring Thermal
and Visible imaging together. The PT-Series’ precision pan/tilt
mechanism gives you accurate pointing control and provides
programmable scan patterns and other features. The PT-Series are
available in several Detector and lens specifications to suite your
surveillance needs. Also includes an 8 Channel FLIR Meridian NVR and Flat Screen Monitor.
FLIR® DAY/NIGHT PTZ CAMERA
The Day/Night PTZ Camera features a high-speed Pan/Tilt with 30X
Optical and 10X Digital Zoom, True Day/Night viewing and the next
generation image sensor with FHD 1080P 1920X1080 resolution and up to
200M (650Ft) Night illumination. Includes 2 Cameras, 8 Channel FLIR
Meridian NVR and Flat Screen Monitor.
ADDITIONAL FIXED CAMERAS
3 Additional FLIR Day/IR staring roof-mounted varifocal 4KUHD,
1256X1440 resolution cameras can now be added to any of the
PTZ camera solutions. The cameras feature “Smart-IR Night
Vision” allowing the user to see at night out to 30 meters (98 ft).
