Noise and vibration
NOTE
Values for the A
-
rated noise level as well as
vibration total values can be gleaned from
the "Technical data" table.
The noise and vibration values have been
determined in accordance with EN 62841.
CAUTION!
The specified measured values apply to
new power tools. Daily use causes the noise
and vibration values to change.
The declared vibration and noise emission
values were measured according to a
standardised test procedure in accordance
with EN62841 and can be used for
comparison with other power tools.
They may also be used in a preliminary
assessment of exposure.
CAUTION!
The declared vibration and noise emission
values represent the main applications of
the product. If it is used for other
applications, with different tools or
insufficient maintenance, the vibration and
noise emission values may differ. This can
significantly increase their effect over the
total working period.
When estimating the exposure level to
vibrations and noise, the times when the
power tool is switched off or is running but
no actual work is being carried out should
also be taken into account. This can
significantly reduce their effect over the
entire working period.
Establish additional safety measures to
protect the operator from the effects of
vibration and/or noise, such as Maintaining
the tool and accessories, keeping hands
warm, organising work patterns.
CAUTION!
Wear ear defenders at a sound pressure
over 85 dB(A).
