Reducing the environmental impact of cooking
Reducing energy consumption will reduce the impact of cooking on the environment.
You can reduce energy consumption by:

Thawing frozen foods in the refrigerator first

Using the correct sized pot

Using a pressure cooker
●
Cutting food into smaller pieces - this will reduce cooking time
