2 Safety warnings
WARNING! Read all safety warn
ings, instructions, illustrations and
specifications provided with this de
vice. Failure to observe the instructions and
safety warnings may lead to electric shocks,
fires and/or serious injuries, e.g. hearing dam
age. If there are distortions or outages, please
contact the Festool customer service team
(see section7). The battery must not be re
placed.
Save all warnings and instructions for future
reference.
– Do not use the charging case in the rain
or in a damp environment. Moisture in the
device may cause a short circuit and fire.
– Do not insert any nails, wire or similar into
the USB port. This could cause the tool to
short-circuit, smoke or catch fire.
– Only charge the device using chargers with
a voltage of max. 5V. Using higher voltages
would be a fire risk.
– Audibility of warning signals. Ensure that
warning signals can continue to be heard
at the workplace and in other environments
when using the audio function.
– Keep the device away from children. Small
parts that could be swallowed are included.
