COOKING TIPS
1. Refrigerated ingredients, such as butter and
eggs, must be at room temperature before
mixing them. Take the ingredients out of the
fridge in advance.
2. To prevent pieces of egg shell or spoiled eggs
from being incorporated into your mixture,
rst break the eggs into a separate recipient
before adding them to your mixture.
3. Do not beat ingredients excessively. Only
whisk mixtures until you achieve the result
recommended in your recipe. Incorporate dry
ingredients without over-mixing. Always use
the slow speed.
4. Climatic conditions: Seasonal temperature
changes, the temperature of ingredients and
their textural dierences from one place to
another can modify the required mixing time
and the result achieved.
5. Always start by mixing at the slowest speed.
Increase the speed gradually until you reach
the recommended speed in the recipe.
