Never use a defective appliance.
WARNING!
Prior to assembly, make sure that the mains
plug is unplugged. If the mains plug is
plugged in, the appliance could accidentally
be switched on, resulting in injuries.
Prior to operation

Put together base foot (two-part nozzle plate) precisely.
Put the inverted (i.e. with the operating unit facing
downwards) pedestal cooling fan onto a soft surface
and hold firmly.
Fully unwind the power cord and guide through the
central hole in the base foot.
Place the round opening of the base foot exactly
onto the positioning pin in the housing base of the fan.
The power cord must not be pinched in the process.
Insert the enclosed 4 screws and screw on securely.
Insert the power cord into the guide groove of the
base foot.
Turn the pedestal cooling fan back over and place
on its base foot.
Height adjustment:
Turn knurled screw to the left (anti-clockwise),
pull fan out to the desired height or push down
and secure again by turning the knurled screw to
the right (clockwise)
