Vacuum cleaning
WARNING!
Always check the appliance and the power cable before use.
Faulty appliances may cause injury and should not be used.
ATTENTION!
Check if all filters have been and the dust bag are inserted prop-
erly resp. are damaged before using the appliance.
Dry vacuum cleaning
Having selected and installed the desired accessory, check to
ensure that the interior of the appliance and the accessories are
dry:
• Insert the required nozzle.
• Unwind the mains lead and install the plug in the power
socket.
• Switch on the appliance by lightly pressing the ON/OFF
switch.
• When using the appliance for dry vacuum cleaning, please
make sure that the textile filter (17) is inserted.
Suction controller on the handle of the suction hose
• The suction capacity can also be adjusted with the suction
controller on the handle of the suction hose. Use this control-
ler (slider) only for short-term reduction of the suction capac-
ity. With this controller you can reduce the suction power if
e.g. the carpet or mat lifts from the floor under excessive suc-
tion power.
• For normal sucking them but you should keep closed.
Suction level max. = slide backward
vent closed
Suction level min. = slide forward
vent open
