Troubleshooting
Your appliance is processed via Quality Control against any malfunction.
Fault Possible Cause Solution
The amount
of steam
discharged
is reduced/
no steam is
discharged
1. The water reservoir
may not be full.
1. Make sure the water reservoir is lled. Refer to
the relevant page of the user manual provided.
2. The appliance may
not be plugged in
properly/the fuse may
be blown.
2. Verify that the appliance is plugged into an
approved electrical outlet and that the fuse is
working properly. Be sure to wait at least 30
seconds for the water to warm up.
3. The power switch is
not brought to “on”.

“ON”.
Indicator light
is not on.
