Troubleshooting

Problems

• Excessive water

comes at first usage.

• Steam comes from

side of the safety filling

tap.

• Product lamp does

not light up when

plugged in

• When the product is

plugged, the fuse

blows.

• If steam or water

leakage from the body

of the product.

• Not enough steam

• Deformation of

accessories and

brushes.

• Product does not

work or hear.

Possible Reasons

• Condensed water inside

hose and accessories may

be discharged.

• Too much water can be

filled.

• The appliance is used

without any accesory

• Gasket of safety filling tap

can be ruptured.

• Safety filling tap was not

closed properly.

• Thermostat can be

defective.

• Thermal fuse has tripped.

• Other products may be

running on the same line.

• The product may short

circuit.

• It can be filled with

excessive water or water

drops during filling.

• There is a problem in

connections.

• Steam regulation button

can be at lower.

• Defective trigger or steam

regulation button

• Use of bad and difficult

conditions.

• Product can not be

plugged properly.

• Defective water tank or

thermostat

Solutions

• Continue to steam, the steam will return to

normal.

• Drain the excess water in a bucket by

pressing the steam trigger. Next in use, use

the funnel.

• Use a suitable accesorry.

• Use spare safety filling tap gasket.

• Unplug the appliance, close the safety

filling tap preperly after the unit cools down.
