Appliance controls
The control panel is shown in gure 10. For reference it is also shown below:
Adjust temperature inside the appliance
Set the thermostat to one of the settings listed below:

Note: setting the thermostat to setting 7 will cause the compressor to operate continuously
and the temperature inside the appliance will drop below –24°C. Use this setting 24 hours be-
fore loading the appliance with fresh products and reduce the setting after another 24 hours.
This way, you can freeze food faster and reduce electricity consumption.
Note: setting the thermostat minimum setting of 1 activates the refrigerator function. Set the
thermostat to this setting, then remove all frozen food and after an hour, place inside the fresh
food to be cooled. Do not place fresh food inside the appliance within an hour as it will cause
frosting.
Note: The compressor in the appliance is designed to operate at freezing temperature down
to –15°C, only with settings 2-7.
