⚫ Installing Wall Mounting Kit:
⚫ (Optional) Installing DIN RAIL Mounting Clips:
1. Plug the USB Type-A end of the supplied USB cable into the USB host port of
your PC or into an available USB port on an USB hub. Connect the other
Type-B end to the rear Type-B connector of this Adapter.
2. Connect the RS232 Serial Devices to the front RJ45 connectors of this Adapter.
Their pin assignments were list as the following section of this manual. You may
use the standard Ethernet cable but with correct matched wiring to make it
function properly.
3. Use the supplied Wall Mounting Kit to fix at the bottom of the Adapter housing in
case required, if you need to fix it on a DIN RAIL, you may need to order the
optional DIN RAIL Clips from your dealer.
4. Proceed with the next section “Installing Drivers” to install the virtual COM port
drivers for your Operating System.
