16 Spare parts/After Sales Service
The following spare parts are available from After Sales Service
Depending on the appliance):
(1) Motor and motor brushes; power transmission between motor and drum; pumps;
shock absorbers and springs; washing drum, bearing cross with ball bearings,
(2) individually or as a repair kit;
Radiators and heating elements, including heat pumps,
(3) individually or as a repair kit; pipework and associated equipment, including all
hoses, valves, filters and aquastops
(4) individually or as a repair kit); printed circuit boards
electronic displays; pressure switches; thermostats and sensors
Software and firmware, including reset software.
(5) Door, door hinge and door seals, other seals, door lock assembly and plastic ac-
cessories such as detergent containers
Door seals are available 10 years after the last model was placed on the market.

A visit by an After Sales Service technician is not free of charge even dur-
ing the warranty period in the event of incorrect operation or one of the
faults described above.
Have repairs to electrical appliances carried out only by a qualified elec-
trician. An incorrectly performed repair can pose dangers for the user and
lead to a voiding of warranty claims.
