Have the following information ready for a quick processing of the repair order:
1) Model
2) Batch
as well as the complete address, telephone number and the error description.
Unit-specific information can be found on the type plate inside or on the back of the unit.
• Motor and motor carbons; power transmission between motor and drum;
pumps;shock absorbers and springs; washing drum, bearing cross with ball
bearings (individually or as a repair kit);
• Radiators and heating elements, including heat pumps (individually or as a repair
kit);Piping and associated equipment, including all hoses, valves, filters and
aquastops (individually or as a repair kit);Circuit boards
• Electronic displays; pressure switches;thermostats and sensors
• Software and firmware, including reset software.
• Door, door hinge and door seals, other seals, door latch assembly and plastic
accessories such as detergent dispenser.
Close the stopcock, pull out the mains plug and contact the customer service.
Too much foam
Too much detergent added.
If the fault cannot be remedied by following the instructions given above, contact
the customer service. In this case, do not carry out any further work yourself,
especially on the electrical parts of the appliance.
