12.2 Water inlet and outlet
Connect the water inlet hose to the back of the machine.
- Water supply: Cold water only
- Water tap: ¾" hose screw connection
There are two seals in the connections of both pipe ends to
prevent water from escaping.

Connect to the water tap using the hose supplied by the manufacturer. Connect
the bent end to the back of the appliance and the straight part to the tap.
Use of a manifold
Place the drain hose in position with the elbow.
- Mount the manifold approx. 80 - 100 cm above the floor.
- Ensure that the hose cannot fall to the floor
and the escaping water flows off safely.
To prevent water leakage:
Fit a seal to both union nuts and screw them tightly into place . (Seal may
already be fitted, please check).
Water drainage
Secure the water drainage hose with a lifting
rope (not included in the scope of delivery) if
this is directed into a washbasin, for example.
If the washing machine is connected to a built-
in pump-out system, check that the latter is
equipped with a vent hole to avoid simultaneous water inflow and pump-out
(siphon effect).
