14 Spare parts/After Sales Service
The following spare parts are available from After Sales Service (depending on the
appliance):
• Motor and motor carbons; power transmission between motor and drum; pumps;
shock absorbers and springs; wash drum, bearing cross with ball bearings
(individually or as a repair kit); radiators and heating elements, including heat
pumps (individually or as a repair kit); piping and associated equipment, including
all hoses, valves, filters and aquastops (individually or as a repair kit); circuit
boards electronic displays; pressure switches; thermostats and sensors software
and firmware, including reset software.
• (Door, door hinge and door seals, other seals, door lock assembly and plastic
accessories such as detergent dispenser
• Door seals are available 10 years after the last appliance of a model has been
placed on the market.

A visit by an After Sales Service technician is not free of charge even
during the warranty period in the event of incorrect operation or one
of the faults described above.
Have repairs to electrical appliances carried out only by a qualified
electrician. An incorrectly performed repair can pose dangers for the
user and lead to a voiding of warranty claims.
