Thick or multi-layered fabrics, e.g. bed linen, jeans, jackets etc.
are not easy to dry. Select the "Cotton" and "Extra dry"
programme or the appropriate time-controlled drying programme.
If the laundry load is less than 0.5 kg, select the "60 min drying"
programme and the "Extra dry" drying level.
Do not exceed the maximum load quantities of the programmes,
as this will extend the drying time and increase energy
consumption.
11.6 Energy saving tips
• Spin the laundry before drying. Drier laundry shortens the drying time and
reduces energy consumption.
• Load the appliance with the maximum specified load quantities.
• Ventilate the room and keep the air inlet on the appliance clear to ensure air
exchange.
• Clean the fluff filter after each drying filter. A contaminated fluff filter extends the
drying time and increases energy consumption.
