14 Spare parts/After Sales Service
The following spare parts are available from After Sales Service (depending on the appliance):
If installed or required in the appliance, the following spare parts are available for a minimum
period of 10 years after the last appliance of the model has been placed on the market:
Gaskets and seals; switches and knobs; condensate pump; motor and motor carbons; motor-to-
drum power transmission; fans and fan wheels; drums and bearings; water lines and associated
equipment, including hoses, valves and filters; cables and connectors; circuit boards; electronic
displays; thermostats and temperature sensors; software and firmware, including reset software;
shock absorbers and springs; heaters and heating elements; electrical fuses (individual or
bundled); tension roller; support roller; pressure switch;

Ø A visit by an After Sales Service technician is not free of charge even
during the warranty period in the event of incorrect operation or one of the
faults described above.
