13 Faults - troubleshooting
FAULT
POSSIBLE CAUSE
ACTIONS
The appliance does not
run, the display does
not light up.
The appliance is not connected
to the power supply.
The filler door is open.
The "On/Off" or "Start/Pause"
button was not pressed.
Plug the mains plug into the plug
socket. Check the fuse of the
domestic installation.
Close the filler door.
Press the corresponding buttons.
Unsatisfactory drying
results or the drying
time is too long.
The wrong programme has been
set.
The fluff filter is blocked.
The maximum amount of
laundry has been exceeded.
There is residue in the drum.
Set a suitable programme or
increase the drying time.
Clean the fluff filter.
Observe the maximum filling
quantity.
Clean the inner surface of the
drum.
The filler door does not
close.
The fluff filter has not been used
correctly.
Insert the fluff filter correctly.
