Levelling
To compensate for slight unevenness in the floor, adjust the appliance's screw feet. Tool required
for aligning a device: Spirit level and screwdriver.
1. Use the spirit level to check that the appliance is level.
2. If necessary, use a screwdriver to screw the screw feet in or out.
3. Level all screw feet so that the appliance is absolutely horizontal
and stable.
Ø The more precisely the appliance is aligned, the lower the wear and
airborne noise emissions.
10.2 Connecting water drain hose
To avoid regularly emptying the appliance's condensation water tank, connect the water drain
hose. (See Figure 1- 5 at c)
ATTENTION
APPLIANCE DAMAGE
• If the drain is blocked or plugged, backed-up waste water can flow back into the appliance.
• Before operating the appliance, ensure that waste water drains quickly and remove any
blockages.
10.3 Electrical connection
Refer to the rating plate for information on the mains voltage, type of current and the required fuse
protection. The type plate is located on the side of the appliance filler opening.
Connection may only be made via a properly installed and earthed power socket.
