21 Spare parts/After Sales Service
The following spare parts are available from After Sales Service (depending on the
appliance):
If installed or required in the appliance, the following spare parts are available for a
minimum period of seven years after the last appliance of the model has been placed on
the market:
(1) Motors, circulation and drainage pumps, radiators and heating elements including
heat pumps, piping and related equipment including hoses,
(2) Valves, filters and aquastops, structural and interior parts associated with door
components, printed circuit boards, electronic displays, pressure switches,
thermostats and sensors, software and firmware, including reset software.
Door hinges and seals, other seals, spray arms, drain filters, crockery baskets and plastic
accessories such as cutlery baskets and lids are available for a period of ten years.

even during the warranty period in the event of incorrect operation
or one of the faults described above.

electrician. An incorrectly performed repair can pose dangers for
the user and lead to a voiding of warranty claims.
