19 Faults
This chapter provides an overview of common problems that can occur when using the
device and suggests appropriate solutions.
ERROR

Appliance is not
working.
Fuse blown or fused circuit-
breaker tripped.
Check fuses.
Plug is not plugged in to the
plug socket.
Plug the mains plug into the
plug socket.
Low water pressure
Check whether the water
supply hose is correctly
connected and the tap is
properly turned on.
Appliance door does not
close properly.
Close the appliance door.
Dishes are not dry or
not properly dry
No rinsing agent used or
dosage set too low
Fill with rinsing agent
Regulating amount of rinse aid
Dishwasher detergent used
has poor drying capacity
Use rinsing agent or combined
detergent with higher drying
capacity.
Selected programme has no
"Dry" function
Select programme with "Dry".
The "Extra dry" function was
not activated.
Activate the "Extra dry"
function, if available.
Water collects in recesses in
the crockery or cutlery
Put away dishes at an angle if
possible
(see chapter 4.5 "Loading
dishes and cutlery"
Drying process was not yet
finished
Wait until the programme
ends. Open the door a little
after the end of the
programme. Steam can
escape and the dishes dry out.
Plastic tableware is not
properly dry
Normal phenomenon. Poorer
drying performance for

Cutlery incorrectly sorted
Put away cutlery correctly
