17.3 Rinsing agent
The rinsing agent prevents water droplets from forming on the dishes, which can leave
stains and streaks. The rinsing agent accelerates the drying process.
Filling/topping up rinsing agent
Add/refill rinsing agent when the rinsing agent indicator on the control panel lights
up.
When using multi-tab detergent that already contains rinsing agent, ignore the indicator.
1. Open the rinse tank
2. Carefully fill in the
rinse aid. Do not
overfill.
3. Close the rinse tank
➢ Immediately wipe up spilled rinsing agent with an
absorbent cloth.
➢ Never pour in other substances (e.g. dishwasher
detergent, dishwashing liquid) together with the
rinsing agent.
➢ Do not overfill the rinse aid tank.
➢ -How often rinse aid needs to be topped up depends
on the frequency of washing and the rinse aid
consumption setting.
Setting the rinsing agent consumption
1. Close the appliance door.
2. Within 60 seconds after the first step (see picture above 1.), press the "Short"
button for about 5 seconds and then the "Time delay" button. The rinse aid
consumption indicator flashes
3. Press the Short button to set the necessary rinse aid consumption.
The setting is in the following order d3>d4>d5>d1>d2>d3. The higher the
number, the higher the rinse aid consumption.
Press the "Start" button again to save the setting.
