Maintenance of the cleaning rollers
In addition to cleaning the printer, we encourage you to clean the two cleaning rollers using the specific cleaning wipes available from Evolis.
These rollers remove any dust on the cards before printing.
Follow the procedure below:

Open the cover and remove the ribbon if required.

Remove the two cleaning rollers. Clean one after the other.

Use a cleaning wipe provided by Evolis and lightly rub the surface of the roller with the cleaning wipe.
