Follow the procedure below to validate your routine cleaning:
Repeatedly passing the card impregnated with isopropyl alcohol through the printer cleans the cleaning roller in order to preserve print quality and
increase the life of the print head.

Lift the weight and remove all cards from the feeder (KM500B) or from one feeder (KM2000B).

Remove the ribbon from the printer.

Close the cover again.
