ATTACHING BASSINET

Fasten the straps on the bottom of the mattress pad then place mattress inside
bassinet and fasten mattress to the bottom of the play yard by pressing pad
down on the hook and loop patches.
CHANGING TABLE
Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or death.
FALL HAZARD: Children have suered serious injuries after falling from changing tables. Falls can happen
quickly.
• STAY within arms reach.
• ALWAYS secure this changing table to the playard frame by the fasteners called out in your instruction manual
until it clicks securely onto the frame. For more details see product instruction.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD Babies have suocated while sleeping on changing tables, Changing table is not
designed for safe sleep.
• NEVER allow baby to sleep on changing table.
STRANGULATION HAZARD Child can lift the changing table and get neck trapped between changing table
and playard frame.
• NEVER leave changing table in place when child is in playard.
• NEVER use the changing table over top of the sleeper or away from the playard.
• Maximum weight for the changing table is 25lbs (11.3 kg).
• Do not use on the oor, bed, or any other elevated surfaces.
• Do not use changing table for sleeping or for a play area.
• Do not use changing table as a storage surface.
• Never add additional padding to the changing table.
• Never use this changing table with any other manufacturer’s products.
• Do not use changing table if it is damaged or broken.
Rotate handles up
on both ends of the
changing table then
turn changing table
over.

Insert the tube into the
handle until the button
clicks into place. Fasten the
hook and loop tape around
the tube.
Repeat on other end of
changing table.
