• Never change anything in the appliance, electric cable or plug.

• Keep the appliance clean, because dust, dirt and/or sediment is oen the reason for

overheang. Make sure that such sediment is removed regularly.

• Never submerge the appliance in water to clean it.

• The appliance must not be exposed outdoors for a long me.

•

Always switch o the appliance, remove the plug from the socket and let the appliance cool

down, when you:

◦ Want to clean the appliance.

◦ Want to carry out maintenance.

◦ Want to touch or move the appliance.

• Do NOT put the appliance into operaon, if you observe damage to the appliance, electric

cable or plug, or if it operates poorly, makes unusual noise, has fallen or if you smell

something, see smoke or observe some other fault. Remove the plug from the socket

immediately. Return the enre appliance to your supplier or a qualied electrician for a

check and/or repair. Always demand original spare parts.

• Only authorised and qualied persons are allowed to open and/or repair the appliance. Do

not repair the appliance yourself; that can be dangerous! Repairs by unauthorised persons

or changes to the appliance breach the water and dust ghtness

Informaon about baeries

WARNING

Keep out of the reach of children. If swallowed, they may cause injuries and

lead to the perforaon of so ssue and ensuing death. Severe burns may be

incurred within 2 hours of intake. Consult a physician immediately.

Replacing the baery incorrectly might result in an explosion. Replace

the baery only with the same or equivalent type recommended by the

manufacturer. Dispose of used baeries according to the manufacturer's

instrucons.

• Incorrect handling of baeries may cause re, explosions, the leakage of hazardous

substances or further hazardous situaons!

• Do not ing the baeries into a re and do not subject them to high temperatures.

• Neither open, deform nor short-circuit baeries as this may cause the chemicals they

contain to escape.

• Do not try to recharge baeries. Only baeries marked as “rechargeable” may be recharged.

There is danger of explosion!

• Always remove rechargeable baeries from the appliance for recharging.

• Test the baeries regularly. Chemicals which leak may cause long-term damages to the

appliance. Be parcularly careful when handling damaged or leaking baeries.

• Danger of chemical burn! Wear protecve gloves.

• Chemicals which leak from a baery may cause skin irritaons.
