Operation via ArtNet

To be able to operate the device in ArtNet mode, it must first be set to ArtNet under the Control Mode menu

item (see Menu structure).

For use via appropriate lighting control software supporting ArtNet. The device can be configured via the

LCD and operating buttons.

Only use UTP cable type CAT-5e or higher.

Data Connection

The device uses a RJ45 data connection for connection to a computer or a previous or subsequent device.

To link all data ports the wiring can be carried out according to the following two installation methods.

Interconnect the devices with

network cables. The Ethernet

ports can be used as inputs and

outputs as desired.

Connect the first device in the

chain to the computer’s network

card (optionally through a

network switch) with a network

cable.

If needed, cables up to 100

meters long may be used (point-

to-point connection provided).

Different lengths are available as

accessories.
