Keep warm function
The keep warm function is intended to keeping food warm at a certain low temperature. When
activating the keep warm function, ‘u’ appears in the display.
1. Touch the key of the cooking zone to activate the cooking zone.
2. Set the power level to setting ‘1’.
3. Touch the – key to select the keep warm function.
▷ An ‘u’ will appear in the display.
4. Set the cooking power level to zero (0) to turn off the cooking zone.
5. Switch off the induction hob by touching the on/off key.
Connecting flex induction cooking zones
The flex induction cooking zones can be connected to each other. This creates one large zone
that can be used, for example, a grill plate or a large fish pan on the same power. The pan has to
be large enough to cover the centres of the front and rear cooking zone (> 210 mm). If the pan is
too small, the connecting symbol is flashing and the connect function is switched off within
10 minutes.
Connecting flex induction cooking zones
1. Place a pan in the middle of both flex induction cooking zones.
2. Simultaneously touch the selection keys of the two adjoining flex cooking zones.
▷ The ‘connected cooking zone’ symbol appears in the display of the rear cooking zone.
▷ In the display of the front cooking zone the power level appears.
3. Touch the – or + key to set the desired power level.
▷ The set power level appears in the display. After a few seconds, all displays will be
brightly lit again and the connected flex cooking zone will switch on.
Disconnecting flex induction cooking zones
1. Simultaneously touch the selection keys of the two adjoining flex cooking zones.
▷ The ‘connected cooking zone’ symbol disappears en the set power levels become ‘0’.
▷ The power can now be set separately for both cooking zones again.
2. Switch off the induction hob by touching the on/off key.
