PLASMA E-TECHNOLOGY FILTER
Malfunction
Improper repairs are dangerous, you have the risk of an electric shock! If the device is defective,
unplug it and contact the customer service.
Malfunction Possible cause Solution
The device does not work. The plug is not inserted in the
socket.
Put the plug into the wall
socket
Power cut. Check whether other kitchen
equipment is working.
Blown fuse. Check at your central
electricity point whether the
device’s fuse is intact.
Red light flashing. Overloading of filter. Remove power from the filter
temporarily, thereafter the
electronics will reset itself.
Blue light flashing during the
operating mode.
The cleaning time of the filter
is reached.
Turn the hood off. You can
re-enable the hood after
1-2 minutes.
Blue light flashing. The maximum lifetime of the
filter has reached.
Purchase a new filter.
When there is no solution after trying the tricks above, please contact the customer service.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive. This
directive contains the provisions applicable in the EU regarding take-
back and disposal of waste equipment.
Please also ensure environmentally friendly disposal of the packaging
material.
