III. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before the first use, wash the parts that will be in contact with food in hot water with
a detergent, rinse them thoroughly with clean water and wipe till dry, or let them dry.
Safety switch (A1, A2), (Fig. 1A)
Button „
“ – regulated speed
Button TURBO – maximum speed
By pushing and holding the button (A1 or A2) you will start the appliance and by releasing
the button you will switch off the appliance.
Speed regulator (A3), (Fig. 1A)
By turning the regulator from 1 to 6 you can continuously change the speed of the motor
revolutions. The appliance will switch on with the set rotation speed when „
“ button is
pressed.
Immersion mixer (B)
The mixer is intended for mixing and blending juices, milk shakes, milk, sauces, soups,
mayonnaise, children‘s and dietary food, for making purée, etc. Speed 1–6, or TURBO
button can be used for processing. The maximum time of processing is 1 minute. Then
wait for 10 – 15 minutes, which is necessary for the drive unit to cool down.
