Attention
Do not use the stove on maximum power with an empty utensil for a long time. It could
lead to overheating and thus damaging the anti-adhesive coating (invalid for ETA0929).
E.g. when using max. power (on gas / el. stove or glass ceramic cooktop) for longer
than 8 – 10 min, the temperature of the utensil can rise up to 300 – 350 °C. Maximum
recommended temperature for the anti-adhesive coating and handle is 220 °C.
II. BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Read the instructions for use carefully. For keeping the quality of the kitchenware, the
following recommendations have to be complied with. Remove all packing material
(including possible adhesive foil, adhesive labels, paper, etc.) from the surface and take
out the kitchenware. Before the rst use, wash the parts that will be in contact with food
in hot water with detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water and wipe till dry, or let dry.
Use a napkin to spread fat or oil gently on the inner part, heat it lightly for about 3 to 5
minutes (gas / el. stove or glass ceramic cooktop), about 1-3 min (induction cooktop)
and wipe again after heating. Heat the dish thoroughly before each use for about 2 to 5
minutes to the temperature of 170 – 180 °C. To check the temperature we recommend
carrying out water test when you spray a few drops of water to the dish that shatter in the
proper temperature, they start to pearl and evaporate quickly. Then the dish has the proper
temperature; put in the ingredients that you want to cook, bake or fry.
RECOMMENDATION
When using utensils (invalid for ETA5929) in a gas and el. oven with top heating, we
recommend placing the utensil as far from the heating spiral. Especially with older
models of ovens, parts of the oven may overheat (280 – 320 °C) which may lead to
exceeding the max. temperature of the handle on the lid (max. 220 °C). Overheating may
cause unpleasant smell or cracking of the handle.
III. USE
The kitchenware can be use on any heat source – gas, electricity, vitro-ceramic and
induction cookers hob. Make sure that the size of the cooking range does not exceed the
diameter of the bottom of the cookware and avoid ame expanding over the bottom – if this
happened, the grips could burn or even suer damage. For gas we recommend using cast
iron heat dispersing cooking plates for easier care for the bottom. After heating the dish to
the proper temperature (170 – 180 °C, about 2 – 5 minutes, do the water test), put meat
to the dish, fry it on the surface of a moment and then prepare the meat at the medium or
lower temperature. You do not have to learn to cook in our kitchenware. You can cook in the
way you are used to, you only learn how to operate the heat source. Do not overheat the
kitchenware uselessly – you save energy and your own money! Big advantage of the dishes
is that they do not absorb smells so you can cook, fry and bake in the same dish.
IV. MAINTENANCE
Clean the appliance regularly after every use! Do not use rough or aggressive detergents
(e.g. sharp objects, peelers, chemical solvents, thinning agents, caustic agents for cleaning
ovens or other solvents)!
