III. PREPARATION AND USE
Remove all packaging materials, take out the all accessories. Remove all adhesive foils,
stickers or paper from the accessories. Before first use clean the parts that will come in
contact with food using warm water with detergent, thoroughly rinse with clean water and
wipe dry, if necessary allow to dry.
Assembling the appliance
Assemble the application according to Pic. 3, 4, 5.

The adapter body U0 connect it to the motor unit head, at an angle of approximately 45
o
and secure in a horizontal position by turning anticlockwise (you will hear a click).
Now the spiralizér is ready for operation. To disassemble the entire spiralizér U the release
button, turn the slicer clockwise and pull it out of the multi-function head mount.
Attention
– Never use your fingers to push food. Always move food using the pusher only, move
it slowly and to not push to a processor too much.
– A small cone-shaped piece of unprocessed food will always remain on the drive shaft. This
not a defect and the spiralizer cannot be subject to a complaint for this reason. It can be
later processed in the kitchen.

Food preparation
Use the food processing attachment to slice. You can slice carrot, celery, parsleys,
radishes, potato, cucumber, zucchini, courgette, beetroot and foods of a similar texture,
apple, pear, pineapple, etc.
Recommendation
– Always cut big pieces beforehand so that they get into the hole grater. The vegetable
and fruit must be 12 mm wide at minimum, and 42 mm at maximum!
– The final quality of spirals depends on the kind of the processed vegetables and its
ripeness. Better results are achieved with fresh vegetables.
– Nice, regular and long spirals may only be made from regularly oblong vegetables.
– If the spiralizer is blocked, switch off the motor unit, disassemble the adapter body and
clean it.
– The preparation (processing) times depend on the amount, the kind and the quality of
used ingredients, but as a standard they are in tens of seconds.

Application
1. Rinse and clean the vegetables. You may peel the vegetables and slice them into
smaller pieces, if necessary.
2. Prong the vegetable with the carrier drive shaft U1.
3. Insert the grater U3-U4-U5 hold it by the top plastic part into holder U2 and secure it by
slight pushing, (you will hear snapping sound). Pay special attention to this operation.
4. Insert the grater holders / pusher U2 onto the two guide rods of carrier drive shaft U1
and push slightly on grated vegetable.
5. Put the appliance into operation by turning the speed dial to one of the speed levels
appropriate for paring your ingredients, (We recommend max. speed).
