III. PREPARATION AND USE
Remove all the packing material and take out the appliance with its accessories. Remove
all possible adhesive films, stickers or paper from the appliance. Before the first using the
appliance wash all the parts that will come into contact with foodstuffs in warm water with
detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water and wipe dry. Whenever working with the
appliance do not forget to put the antiskid pad Dunder the vessel.
Appliance assembling
Please assemble the appliance according to Fig. 1. Apply reverse procedure to disassemble
the appliance.
Controls
Start the drive by pushing the switch A1 (low speed) or the switch A2 (high/maximum
speed). The motor runs only for the time when the switch is pushed. While processing, we
recommend using the pulses of operation. When working, hold with one hand the driving
unit and press the appropriate switch with the other hand.
Recommendation
– Do not use the knife for processing washy pastes!
– Do not process very hard materials (e.g. cinnamon, spices, nutmeg, turmeric, bean
coffee or only ice cubes etc.)! The knife would be blunt soon.
– The knife is designed for cutting (grinding), mixing various kinds of fruit, vegetables,
meat and to prepare purées.
– Cut the big pieces of foodstuffs into cubes of dimension at about 3 x3 x3 cm.
– When processing hard cheese, work only for ashort time. During long work the cheese
could become warm and get lumped.

not to give instructions but to show various possibilities to process the foodstuffs. Times
of processing are given in seconds.
