Convection oven cooking (with and without preheating)
Convection ovens have a fan that circulates the heat in the oven to cook the food faster
and more evenly. Use a temperature setting 20°C lower than the temperature required for a
non-fan assisted oven.
1. Press the Grill/Combi./Convec. button once. G-1 appears on the display.
2. Press the Grill/Combi./Convec. button repeatedly or turn the -/+ knob to select 1 of the
10 oven temperature settings:

3. Press the Start/+30s button to confirm the temperature setting.
4. Press the Start/+30s button again to start preheating to the set temperature. When
preheating is completed, the buzzer will sound. Open the door and place the food in the
oven. Close the door. If preheating is not needed, please skip this step.
5. Rotate the -/+ knob to select the cooking time from 00:05 to 95:00 (5 seconds to
95minutes).
6. Press the Start/+30s button to confirm and start cooking.

Combination cooking
Combination cooking allows you to use a mix of the grill, microwave and convection oven.
1. Press the Grill/Combi./Convec. button once. G-1 appears on the display.
2. Press the Grill/Combi./Convec. button repeatedly or turn the -/+ knob to select 1 of the
4 combination cooking settings:

3. Press the Start/+30s button to confirm.
4. Rotate the -/+ knob to select the cooking time from 00:05 to 95:00 (5 seconds to
95minutes).
5. Press the Start/+30s button to confirm and start cooking.
