Introduction
We congratulate you on the purchase of your new product. You have
chosen a high quality product. Familiarise yourself with the product
before using it for the first time. In addition, please carefully refer to the
operating instructions and the safety advice below. Only use the product
as instructed and only for the indicated field of application. Keep these
instructions in a safe place. If you pass the product on to anyone else,
please ensure that you also pass on all the documentation with it.
Care and use
Save energy! To avoid heat loss, choose a hotplate with a
diameter that matches the diameter of the pan.
Effective bottom diameter approx.:
– HG04352A (28 cm Pan): Ø 200 mm
– HG04352B (28 cm Wok): Ø 140 mm
Remove all labels from the product prior to use and rinse with clean
water.
Before using the pan for the first time, boil it out with water 2 to
3 times to completely remove all manufacturing residues.
Lightly grease the pan.
Do not overheat the pan while empty or filled to prevent the non-stick
effect from weakening due to damage to the coating.
