Setting a Password and Locking the Control Panel
You can set an administrator password to lock the following settings and prevent them from being
changed:
Note: The locked settings may differ depending on your product.
• Network settings
• Certain Basic Settings
• Certain Printer Settings
• Certain Maintenance Settings
• System Administration settings
• Web Config settings
• EpsonNet Config settings
Note: This setting can be locked by an administrator. If you cannot access or change this setting,
contact your administrator for assistance. For more information on administration settings, see the online
Administrator's Guide.
1. Select the home icon, if necessary.
2. Select the Menu icon.
3. Select General Settings > System Administration > Security Settings > Admin Settings.
