Displays the amount of space remaining in the borderless maintenance boxes. When the
notification icon is displayed, the corresponding box is almost full. Tap the display area to check
the borderless maintenance box model number.

8 Paper release icon
Releases the paper roll for easy removal when performing tasks such as switching out media or
clearing paper jams; disabled during paper feeding or printing.
9 Network status icons; select to switch the network connection status
: No Ethernet connection
: Ethernet connection established
: No Wi-Fi connection
: Wi-Fi network error or the product is searching for a connection
: Wi-Fi connection established; the number of bars indicates signal strength
: No Wi-Fi Direct connection
: Wi-Fi Direct connection established
Note: Wireless LAN may not be supported depending on the specifications and destination. If this
is the case, use a wired LAN instead.
10 Displays the Maintenance menu
You can check and clean the print head nozzles, replace consumables, and clean parts.
