3 Displays the media list for the currently selected printer
• Media Category: Displays the media settings that are registered with the printer and printer
driver in the same order as they are in the printer's control panel
• Media Name: Shows the name of the media setting (media settings that have been copied have
"(Copy)" at the end of the name)
• Notifications: Click the icon in the column to view additional information for the selected
media settings
• Status: Shows the status of the available media settings
• Ready: Media settings have been downloaded to Epson Media Installer and saved to the
printer and printer driver
• Downloadable (Missing EMX): Custom media type (EMY) needs to be imported
• Import required (Missing Custom Media): Media settings have not been saved to the
printer or printer driver
Note: You can still print on Epson media if the status is Downloadable (Missing EMX) or
Import required (Missing Custom Media).
• Editable: The selected media settings can be edited
• Removable: The selected media settings can be deleted
4 Refreshes the media list
Click this if the media settings you previously added are not displayed in the printer driver
