SD Aspect Ratio Conversion

The BrightEye 90-A can perform standard definition aspect ratio conversion to convert the

aspect ratio of the SD input signal to a different aspect ratio. In the example below, the

input from an SD camera with 16:9 lenses can feed an anamorphic signal to the

BrightEye 90-A where the aspect ratio can be corrected for input to an SD switcher that

requires 16:9 Letterbox.

HD Cross Conversion

The BrightEye 90-A can perform cross conversion between two different types of HD

signals. As shown here, the 1080i input from an HD network feed is sent to the

BrightEye 90-A where the format is converted to 720p as required for input to an

HD router.
