WARNING!
Risk of fire!
• Before starting pyrolytic cleaning, always remove the worst of the food residue and remnants from the
cooking compartment.
A large number of food remnants, fat and meat juices may catch fire when the pyrolytic mode is in
progress.
• Do not use the pyrolytic mode for cleaning accessories.
• Never hang combustible objects, for example tea towels, on the door handle. Do not place anything near
the front of the product. Keep children away from the product. The product will become very hot on the
outside during the pyrolytic mode.
• Do not scrub or remove the seal. Never operate the product if the seal is damaged or missing. If the door
seal is damaged, a large amount of heat will be generated around the door.

• The product becomes extremely hot during the pyrolytic mode.
• Some parts of the product may retain heat for a long time. Wait for the parts that are directly exposed to
heat to cool down before touching them.
• Only let the following groups use the product if they are supervised or if instructions are provided to them
about how to use the product in a safe way. They must understand the hazards involved.
– Children. (Children younger than 8 years old must be continuously supervised.)
– Persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities.
– Persons with lack of experience and knowledge.

• The product becomes very hot when the pyrolytic mode is in progress.
• Never clean baking trays or baking tins using the pyrolytic mode. The high temperature destroys the
coating on baking trays and tins and noxious gases are released.

• The pyrolytic mode heats up the cooking compartment to a very high temperature so that remnants left
over from roasting, grilling, baking and so on will burn off. This process releases vapours, which can
irritate the mucous membranes.
• While the cleaning function is running, keep the kitchen well ventilated. Do not remain in the room for
long periods. Keep children and pets away.
CAUTION!
• Do not place accessories on the cavity floor.
• Do not place ovenware on the cavity floor if a temperature of over 50℃ has been set. This will cause
heat to accumulate. The enamel will be damaged.
• Do not cover the cavity floor with any sort of foil or greaseproof paper.
• Do not use any silicone pans or any mats, covers or accessories that contain silicone. The oven sensor
may be damaged.
• When baking particularly juicy fruit pies, do not pack the baking tray too generously. Fruit juice dripping
from the baking tray leaves stains that cannot be removed. If possible, use the deeper universal pan.
