TROUBLESHOOTING
The oven does not start
The power cord is not properly plugged in
Unplug the cord, wait 10 seconds and plug it in again.
The power outlet is not working
Test the power outlet with another electrical appliance.
Power cut
Check whether the kitchen light or other kitchen appliances are working.
Faulty fuse
Check the circuit breaker in the fuse box. Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker if necessary.
The oven does not heat up
The door is not properly closed
Close the door properly.
The knobs have fallen out of the support in the control panel
The knobs are accidentally disengaged
The knobs can be removed for cleaning purposes.
To install the knob, turn the knob until the line on the knob is pointing up, then push the knob onto the support.
The knobs can no longer be turned easily
There is dirt under the knob and it needs to be cleaned
CAUTION!
• Do not use any sharp or abrasive materials to clean the knobs.
• Do not soak or clean the knobs in the dishwasher.
• Do not remove knobs too often so that the support remains stable.
1. Turn the knob until the line on the knob is pointing up, then push the knob.
The knob is pushed out.
2. Gently pull out the knob.
3. Carefully clean the knob using a cloth and soapy water.
4. Dry the knob with a soft cloth.
5. Turn the knob until the line on the knob is pointing up, then push the knob onto the support.
