22 Cleaning - ENGLISH
CLEANING
Make sure to clean your oven regularly to make it last longer and keep a good appearance.
CAUTION!
Do not use the following items to clean the oven as they can cause surface damage.
• Harsh abrasive cleaners
• Hard scouring pads
• Cleaning sponges
• High pressure cleaners
• Steam cleaners
Clean the oven
Clean the oven cavity regularly. The modern design of this oven keeps maintenance to a minimum.
• Disconnect the power before performing any maintenance and cleaning.
• Set all controls in the off position.
• Wait until the inside of the oven cavity is not hot but only slightly warm.
• Clean the surface of the oven cavity with a damp cloth, soft brush or fine sponge and then wipe dry.
• If there is heavy soiling, use hot water with a non-abrasive cleaning product.
• Never leave acidic substances (lemon juice, vinegar) on stainless steel parts.
• Clean the baking pans using a mild detergent.
• Clean the wire guides using a conventional detergent.
Clean the oven with pyrolytic cleaning
Use the pyrolytic cleaning function to thoroughly clean the oven cavity.
Before activating the pyrolytic cleaning function, remove any excessive spillage and make sure that the oven is empty.
Remove the wire guides and all accessories (for example pans and trays), as the pyrolytic cleaning may damage them
significantly.

Turn to PyR.
The display shows PyR.
2.
Touch to start the pyrolytic cleaning.
The default temperature is 450°C. The default time is 2 hours.
When the oven temperature is higher than 320°C, the function of the start button is blocked, and the display shows
Cool and PyR.
3.
To change the time, turn to the desired time.
The time can be set to 1:30 or 2:00 hours.

To stop or pause pyrolytic cleaning, touch .
If the oven temperature is higher than 200°C, the pyrolytic cleaning is stopped immediately.
If the oven temperature is lower than 200°C, the pyrolytic cleaning and the countdown is paused. Touch again to
stop.
5. When pyrolytic cleaning is finished, do not cut the power for one hour.
• If the door is opened when the pyrolytic cleaning function is active, the display shows door and the buzzer will sound
continuously until you close the door or touch .
• If the door is opened when the pyrolytic cleaning function is active, the reservation countdown continues when the
door is closed.
• If the pyrolytic cleaning function is active and the door is open when the reservation time is reached, the oven stops
the pyrolytic cleaning and enters standby mode.
• If the pyrolytic cleaning function is active and the door is closed when the reservation time is reached, the pyrolytic
cleaning starts and the door is locked.
