4. Skewer the food piece on the skewer and secure the food piece using the skewer forks.
Make sure to secure the forks by tightening the wing nuts.
To ensure even rotation, make sure the food piece is balanced around the centre of the skewer.
5. Wipe the tip of the skewer and make sure it is clean.
6. Slide aside the motor slot cover and put the skewer diagonally onto the rotisserie wire rack in the oven while
inserting the skewer tip into the motor slot.
Make sure the other end of the skewer rests correctly on the rotisserie wire rack
