4. Remove the connector and refit the cover after the cooking is completed.
Use the food probe
1. In standby state, insert the food probe into the food piece and connect it to the oven (see section "Insert and remove
the food probe", page 16).
The display will show Prob and will light up.

Turn to the desired oven function.
When using the food probe you can select the following oven functions: , , , and .
The oven temperature is by default 200°C and can not be changed.

Touch to confirm the oven function.

Turn to the desired probe temperature.
The temperature can be set to 50-150°C, in steps of 5°C.

Touch to confirm the temperature.
Cooking starts. The display shows the temperature and Prob. The cooking time cannot be set when using the food
probe.
6.
To pause cooking, touch once.
To stop cooking, touch again.
When the set temperature is reached, the buzzer will sound 5 times and the temperature setting lights up. If the food
probe is unplugged from the oven, the oven returns to standby state.
If you unplug the food probe from the oven during cooking, the cooking stops.
If the display shows Er-3 after the cooking has started, the temperature sensor has short-circuited. Have the sensor
carefully checked by an authorised technician.
