Troubleshooting
Only authorised technicians can carry out repairs.
Before you call customer service, please check if you can solve the fault yourself by
following the instructions below.
Problem Action
Display does not light up
• Check that dryer is plugged in
• Check that the power is turned on
Dryer does not start
• Check that you have pressed the start
button
• Check that the door is properly closed
Door opens by itself
• Push the door until it closes with a “click”
• Check that the dryer is not overloaded
with clothing
Clothing does not dry completely
or drying time is too long
• Clean both the lint lters
• Change the programme setting.
If you cannot solve the problem yourself and need help:
1. Press the <On/Off> button.
2. Unplug the appliance and call the service centre.
